Gourmet cuisine is central to the Brosna Lodge Hotel.

Pats Olde Bar & The River Bistro Restaurant offers quality food and drink in a charming setting, served by our friendly Bar & Restaurant Staff. We use many fresh ingredients from locally sourced suppliers. Ou Signature dishes include Brosna Rack of Lamb and our own stuffed Garlic Mushrooms, superbly presented and served with a special attention to detail.

Our extensive wine list is carefully considered and offers an interesting selection of new and old world favourites.

For a less formal atmosphere, go to Pat's Olde Bar and if you're hungry after your travels, ask for our Bar food menu. The menu changes on a daily basis, but you can be sure to find something to suit just your palette. Enjoy your food in Pat's Bar while planning your next sightseeing assault on our town.
